I finally found a great cannoli whilst on my trip to Sicily. If you are visiting Syracuse or Ortigia Voglia Matta on C.so Umbrto is the gelateria to get the best. They also have a great range of other pastries as well. From Ortigia cross the middle bridge to Syracuse and Voglia Matta is on the corner two blocks from the bridge.
